The role involves reviewing and managing assigned delinquent accounts, performing loss mitigation analysis, and executing collection, repossession, foreclosure, and recovery efforts to maximize recoveries and mitigate losses for the credit union. It requires extensive member contact, skip‑tracing, vendor coordination, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
