College Access Coordinator

College Access Coordinators work with first-generation, low-income high school students to provide college readiness services, tutorials, and enriching activities. The role involves facilitating daily afterschool programs, planning field trips, and leading an intensive six-week summer experience to help participants complete high school and enroll in postsecondary education. This position requires strong mentorship, data analysis, and effective communication with students, parents, and stakeholders.
