College Aide - Applications Support

This role provides end-user support for routine and non-routine application issues within the New York City Department of Youth and Community Development's IT department. Candidates must be matriculating students in an accredited college or graduate school, preferably in information technology or a closely related field. Employment is conditioned on continuing enrollment as a student.
