College Bound Student Mentor/Tutor

The College Bound Student Mentor/Tutor role supports Salem Community College's NJ GEAR UP/College Bound Program by facilitating collaborative mentoring and tutoring sessions for identified students. The position involves helping young adults set academic and career goals, improve their skills, and explore future possibilities. The mentor/tutor works under the Project Director to assist with program activities, evaluations, and student progress assessments.
