About this role
The MultiCare College Job Shadow program provides a one-time, observation-only job shadowing experience (up to 8 hours) for students pursuing healthcare disciplines at MultiCare Deaconess Hospital in the Inland NW region. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited and MultiCare-affiliated college or university (exclusions: Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Medicine, pre-Medicine). Candidates must submit required documentation including current immunizations, a Tuberculosis QuantiFERON Gold test, and photo identification.
