The College Readiness Fellowship is a summer program that supports current college students in developing leadership, mentorship, and program management skills while working with high-achieving high school and college students from under-resourced communities. The program takes place at Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Miami, providing immersive residential experiences with mentoring, workshop facilitation, and community-building activities.
