Collegiate Development Consultant

Collegiate Development Consultants support Delta Gamma collegiate chapters across the United States and Canada by providing leadership development, education, and guidance to help members reach their full potential. The role involves serving as a brand ambassador, maintaining relationships with chapter officers and staff, and ensuring compliance with the Fraternity's Constitution and policies. Consultants may travel to chapters or support new chapters in a stationed capacity while analyzing chapter performance and addressing areas for improvement.
