The Estimator at SC Florence is responsible for creating repair estimates, coordinating vehicle repairs, and providing exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers and insurance companies throughout the process. The role involves accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repair needs, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements, and collaborating with team members to meet facility KPIs. Success in this position requires using the CCC1 Estimating System and maintaining high standards in customer interactions and repair planning.
