Collision Shop Manager

The Collision Shop Manager leads, develops, and inspires the service team at Suburban Chevrolet Cadillac of Ann Arbor, driving performance, culture, and customer experience. This role oversees daily collision center operations, including estimating, production, body, paint, and delivery processes, while ensuring repairs meet OEM standards and company quality expectations. The position is responsible for managing insurance, customer-pay, warranty, and internal dealership repair work to maximize shop efficiency and profitability.
