Color Matcher

The Color Matcher ensures that raw materials such as colorants, additives, and resins meet internal and external customer requirements. The role involves formulating and color matching customer targets, approving color concentrates, and manufacturing production color chips using plastic injection molding. The position also requires providing technical support to Sales and Engineering departments while maintaining compliance with government regulations.
