COM Coordinator

The COM Coordinator is responsible for managing the Change of Occupancy Maintenance process, including accurate data entry, scheduling internal and contracted work, and coordinating with the property management team for resident move‑outs and move‑ins. The role ensures compliance with company policies, tracks performance metrics, and may act as the COM Manager in their absence.
