COM Manager

The COM Manager oversees the Change of Occupancy Maintenance process, ensuring accurate data entry, effective scheduling of internal and contracted work, and seamless coordination with the property management team for resident move-ins and move-outs. This role is responsible for achieving financial and performance metrics while managing vendor contracts and maintaining high standards of work quality. The position requires close collaboration with the Maintenance Director to meet HMC goals and ensure timely, high-quality maintenance services.
