About this role

The Combined Cycle O&M Power Plant Manager leads the safe, reliable, and commercially disciplined operation and maintenance of a 208 MW combined-cycle cogeneration facility. This role ensures generation commitments to the local utility and process-steam commitments to the steam host are met while managing plant performance, equipment risk, and customer interfaces. The position involves overseeing operations and maintenance teams, planning outages, and maintaining regulatory and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead safe and reliable operation and maintenance of combined-cycle cogeneration facility
Manage plant performance, equipment risk, and environmental obligations under O&M agreement
Direct combustion-turbine and steam-turbine outage planning, execution, and return to service

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or marine engineering, engineering technology, or a related power-generation technical discipline
