Command Base Dispatcher

The Command Base Dispatcher is an entry-level role responsible for receiving, documenting, and dispatching calls and service requests during Miami Heat home games, concerts, and other events at the Kaseya Center. Working under the Incident Management Supervisor, the dispatcher ensures requests are routed to the appropriate department and tracked through completion. The ideal candidate maintains a professional demeanor, communicates clearly, and effectively multitasks in a fast-paced environment.
