The Commercial Banking Associate provides administrative management of a diverse loan portfolio, ensuring client requests are completed promptly and effectively communicating with the Lending Hub. This role serves as a secondary point of contact for loan clients, coordinating with lenders and outside agencies to resolve issues and track deal progress. The position requires maintaining accurate client records, managing financial transactions, and monitoring exception tracking systems to ensure file accuracy.
