About this role
Responsible for completing and delivering the bank’s commercial loan closing capabilities for assigned loans, ensuring loans are documented and closed to the correct borrowing parties per approved terms. Acts as a first line of defense to adhere to controls, mitigate risk, and ensure alignment with credit approvals and regulatory requirements. Works as part of the account relationship/deal team to coordinate documentation, funding, booking, and post-closing reviews in an accurate and timely manner.
