Commercial Construction Estimator

An experienced Commercial Construction Estimator will join a growing general contractor to lead the preconstruction process, developing estimates from early conceptual budgeting through detailed construction documents and GMP pricing. The role involves performing detailed quantity takeoffs, soliciting and leveling subcontractor bids, and managing the turnover of estimates to the construction team. This position requires strong expertise in commercial construction methods, MEP scopes, and value engineering to ensure accurate and competitive project pricing.
