Commercial Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from estimating and preconstruction through execution and final closeout. This individual will be responsible for developing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and phasing plans while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate has at least three years of construction project management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to independently manage projects while collaborating with business development, field supervision, and design professionals.
