Commercial Construction Superintendent - RCC

Ratcliff Construction is seeking a hands-on Project Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects from handoff through completion for this 98+ year-old family-owned company. The ideal candidate will manage field crews, subcontractors, safety, and scheduling to deliver projects on time, to specification, and on budget while maintaining high quality standards. This role requires a field-savvy leader to drive operations, solve problems proactively, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
