The Commercial Contract Specialist reports to the Contracts Director and provides accurate commercial and compliance advice throughout the project lifecycle, from opportunity identification through bid submission, contract administration, change management, and project closeout. The role is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing customer‑required documents, as well as maintaining contract records and supporting project staff with contractual issues.
