Commercial Contracts and Procurement

This role protects the commercial interests of the business by reviewing and negotiating customer contracts, identifying material risks, and ensuring terms align with governance requirements. Following contract award, the position leads the Contracts Administration team to oversee equipment orders from customer acceptance through to delivery, invoicing, and close out. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Production, and other functions to enable compliant execution and positive commercial outcomes.
