The Commercial Contracts Specialist III serves as the primary liaison between the Sales organization and the Law Department, ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant negotiation and execution of all contracts and agreements. This role leads the commercial review and negotiation of large, complex contracts, manages the contract lifecycle from review through execution, and ensures compliance with federal regulations and internal policies. The position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and drive commercially sound outcomes.
