Commercial Coordinator

The Commercial Coordinator supports Field Procurement Services and the Purchasing organization by coordinating commercial, procurement, supplier, documentation, invoice, reporting, and field action activities required to support project execution at the job site. The role works closely with buyers, senior buyers, procurement leadership, construction, field engineering, logistics, material management, project controls, accounting, finance, legal, document control, and supplier representatives to resolve commercial issues, maintain accurate records, and provide clear status visibility to project leadership.
