Commercial Counsel, Government Contracts

The Commercial Counsel (Government Contracts) will act as a strategic legal partner to xAI’s business teams, enabling compliant pursuit and execution of public-sector opportunities involving AI and advanced technologies. The role requires deep expertise in government procurement laws and regulations and the ability to advise on complex federal, state, and local contracting matters. This position supports growth in the public sector while working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
