About this role

The role reports to the Country Manager, ANZPI and is responsible for driving Commercial Excellence processes and supporting systems to optimise sales force efficiency and effectiveness across Abbott Rapid Diagnostics' Infectious Disease portfolio in Australia. The position will define principles, coach sales managers, and design analytics and dashboards to enhance field force performance and align cross‑functional strategies.
