Commercial Excellence Training Manager

The Commercial Excellence Training Manager designs, develops, and deploys training programs to strengthen the performance of the Americas commercial organization. This role equips sales representatives, clinical specialists, and channel partners with the necessary product knowledge, selling capabilities, and business acumen to execute the company's commercial strategy. The position partners closely with regional Sales, Marketing, and Clinical/Medical Affairs to translate business priorities into practical learning experiences and measure their impact on key commercial outcomes.
