About this role

The Commercial Lead (Convenience Channel) is responsible for developing and strengthening Bacardi’s commercial relationships with convenience-channel customers to achieve travel, billing and collections targets within budget. The role designs and implements Joint Business Plans to align customer and company strategies, maximize resources, and drive profitable growth. It requires close collaboration across functions and a focus on market and customer insight to increase brand participation at points of sale.
