Commercial Lending/Relationship Manager

The Commercial Lender/Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of commercial, agricultural, and commercial real estate relationships while focusing on business development and maintaining high credit quality. This role involves structuring loan opportunities, performing financial analysis, and presenting recommendations to approval authorities. The position requires representing the bank within the community and cross-selling additional banking services to existing and new clients.
