The Commercial Lines Underwriter Academy is a paid, accelerated two-year training program that develops entry-level commercial insurance underwriters. Participants rotate through underwriting teams, receive mentorship and instructor-led and on-the-job learning, and graduate as an Underwriter Level II ready to manage their own portfolios. The program supports progress toward the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation and places graduates in regional Commercial Lines Property & Casualty teams.
