Commercial Loan Closer

The Commercial Loan Closer ensures all commercial, corporate, consumer, and commercial real estate loans are closed according to loan approval and bank credit policy requirements. This role involves collecting and reviewing entity and collateral due diligence, preparing loan documentation, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the closing and funding process. The position may also include loan booking responsibilities and requires effective communication with clients, third parties, and lending personnel to protect the bank's security interest.
