Commercial Loan Support

This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing commercial loan closing documents, ensuring compliance with lending regulations, and managing the documentation process from application to funding. The position involves coordinating with attorneys, verifying title work and flood determinations, and ensuring proper lien perfection on security instruments. The role also includes acting as a resource for loan officers and assisting with departmental workflow and special projects.
