About this role

The Commercial Manager will lead the commercial and contractual framework for large-scale heavy civil and infrastructure programs (highways, bridges, transit, airports) in the New York City metro area. This full-time, onsite role sits within the commercial/contracts function and interfaces with project teams and executive leadership to protect project value and support delivery across complex, federally and state-regulated environments. The position requires deep experience with large civil projects and familiarity with industry safety and regulatory standards.
