Commercial Manager

Nscale is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in quantity surveying and construction cost management to oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of hyperscale data centre projects across the UK and Europe. The role involves managing budgets, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting from pre‑contract through to final account, while collaborating with development, design, and construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements.
