About this role

The Commercial Manager leads the commercial strategy, contract negotiation, and process completion for sales of Nextpower’s product and service portfolio. This role builds and develops customer relationships, directs complex sales pursuits, and aligns Sales with Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other teams to deliver profitable growth. The position establishes commercial objectives, account plans, and execution standards while leveraging deep knowledge of the utility-scale solar industry.
