About this role

The Commercial Mortgage Coordinator supports Equitable Bank’s commercial lending function by maintaining mortgage pipelines and associated reporting. The role focuses on managing data and documentation for commercial loan originations, securitizations, maturities, renewals, and extensions within internal systems. It involves frequent interaction with Lending Partners and internal teams in Credit & Risk Management to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of information. The position also contributes to the enhancement of reporting tools and supports underwriting with credit risk data input and set-up.
