About this role
A Fixed Income Real Estate Intern supports research and analysis for the Fixed Income securitized and commercial mortgage teams through a rotational program covering ABS, CLOs, CMBS, MBS, and commercial mortgage loans. The role provides exposure to underwriting commercial real estate debt within a Fortune 500 investment division and daily interaction with portfolio managers, traders, and senior research analysts. The internship is based in Minneapolis and targets students pursuing real estate degrees for full-time summer work.
