Commercial Negotiator

This role involves leading negotiations for supplier agreements, Statements of Work, and Master Service Agreements while serving as the primary commercial negotiator with third parties. The position requires developing strategies to optimize pricing, risk allocation, and commercial terms, ensuring compliance with regulatory and procurement requirements. Collaboration with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams is essential to resolve contractual risks and drive timely contract execution.
