The Commercial Paving Project Manager & Estimator will lead the full lifecycle of commercial paving projects, from bid preparation and cost estimation to on‑site execution and closeout. This role combines strategic analysis, business development, and project leadership to ensure successful, profitable project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.
