Commercial & Product Counsel

The Commercial & Product Counsel at Augustus owns the legal work behind all products, sales, and marketing in the US, joining new products from day one to structure them, spot risks, and get them to market efficiently. The role involves leading commercial negotiations with enterprise clients, owning end-to-end contracting, and reviewing marketing materials to ensure compliance. Reporting to the Global Chief Legal and Risk Officer, the position requires close collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Compliance teams.
