San Diego based commercial property services company seeking an experienced Commercial Property Maintenance Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a field-based role focused on coordinating commercial property repairs, maintenance, and small improvement projects for shopping centers, office buildings, industrial parks and other commercial properties. The role involves overseeing multiple service jobs, coordinating subcontractors, building relationships with property managers, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service.
