About this role
The Account Manager services a commercial real estate loan portfolio to protect the interests of KeyBank, mortgage insurers, and investors by ensuring compliance with servicing agreements, loan documents, policies, and applicable regulations. The role is assigned within one of three verticals (CMBS & SASB, Agency, Institutional) and operates under the direction of the Manager. It supports the Servicing Division’s financial performance through accurate portfolio administration and client engagement.
