The Commercial Rotational Development Program is an 18-month opportunity for new college graduates to work closely with experienced professionals across various business units and functional areas. Participants will gain hands-on experience in rotations covering Engineering Plastics, Performance Materials, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Product Management.
