Commercial Solutions Engineer

The Commercial Solutions Engineer serves as the primary commercial decision-maker for complex and nonstandard customer solution requests, owning the end-to-end quotation process from initial assessment through implementation handoff and outcome review. Operating at the intersection of Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations, the role balances customer value, technical complexity, profitability, and long-term business impact to determine how Volvo should fulfill technical customer requests. The position is accountable for strengthening decision frameworks, processes, and product strategies to address future customer needs.
