Commercial Surveying Apprentice

This role offers a 5-year trainee programme for school leavers to gain hands-on experience while working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management and Chartered Surveyor status with the RICS. The position involves rotating through various commercial and corporate property teams, such as Valuation, Agency, and Property & Asset Management, to develop a well-rounded professional skill set. Participants will engage in real-world tasks including market research, client relationship building, and property inspections while receiving comprehensive academic and professional support.
