Commercial Surveying Apprentice

This role offers a 5-year trainee programme for school leavers to work towards a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management and Chartered Surveyor status with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The position involves rotating through various commercial and corporate property teams, including Valuation, Agency, and Property & Asset Management, while gaining hands-on experience in the dynamic Manchester office. Participants will receive comprehensive support, including a fully funded degree, mentorship, and regular training to develop professional skills and industry knowledge.
