Commercial Underwriter

The Commercial Underwriter manages title underwriting and escrow matters for a broad range of commercial real estate transactions within the Washington, DC National Commercial Services team. This role serves as a primary resource for clients and transaction participants, evaluating title risk, resolving complex title issues, and coordinating successful closings for transactions ranging from under $1 million to over $1 billion. The position involves providing responsive service, clear communication, and local underwriting and closing support to Special Commercial Counsel and team members.
