Commis Chef

The Commis Chef supports the kitchen team in delivering high-quality food service in line with hotel standards, reporting to the Chef de Cuisine and working under the Executive Chef. The role ensures food is prepared, presented, and served to an exceptional standard while adhering to cost controls, food safety requirements, and established procedures. This position involves maintaining cleanliness, minimizing waste, and collaborating effectively with kitchen and hotel team members to uphold high standards of quality and safety.
