Commis III

The First Collection Business Bay is seeking a Commis III to support the kitchen team in preparing ingredients, sauces, and basic menu items while maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety. This role involves assisting the Chef de Partie during daily service and events, ensuring proper storage and rotation of food items, and minimizing food wastage.
