Commissioning General Foreman

This role involves leading and directing foremen and craft labor to ensure safe, productive, and high-quality jobsite execution for utility-scale solar, BESS, substations, or high-voltage construction projects. The position requires providing hands-on technical expertise across electrical systems, supporting engineering review, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup of electrical scopes. The ideal candidate will plan and coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity while driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with regulations.
