The role requires collaboration with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure project compliance, technical performance, and successful delivery of aviation infrastructure. This position involves site observation, process improvement, executive-level reporting, and mentoring staff in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Define and execute commissioning strategy for large infrastructure assets
Oversee testing phases of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Collaborate with contractors to assure compliance with design specifications
Conduct site surveys and prepare status reports on project completion
Provide executive-level performance reporting and highlight key project risks
